Return and refund policy
1. Product returns
You have a period of 30 days from receipt of your order to return the items.
Return conditions:
- Packaging Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Information required Please include the following information in the parcel:
- Full name.
- E-mail address used for the order.
- Order number (indicated in the confirmation e-mail).
No justification is required to make a return.

2. Return costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to guarantee receipt of your return.
3. Refund
Once your request has been received and validated, we will process your refund within a period of 7 working days.
Refund details :
- The reimbursement covers all sums paidincluding the price of the returned products.
- The amount will be credited to the credit card used to place your order.
- You will receive an e-mail notification confirming the refund.
4. Exchanges
If you need a exchange for :
- A defective product.
- An item of clothing or a pair of shoes in the wrong size.
We invite you to contact our customer service. We will organise an exchange with you as soon as possible.
